How to generate demand for bookings after One & Only Bahamas went thru massive renovations due to Hurricane Matthews in 2016

SOLUTION

We developed a digital campaign with across platforms and different points of contact, content personalization, and audience hyper-segmentation. By doing so, we were able to reach high net worth families and premium audiences able and willing to book nights at our hotel. We encouraged bookings with incentives that could be redeemed at hotel such as Spa and restaurant credits.

RESULTS

We obtained over 20 bookings representing revenue of $100,000 during our 45-day campaign. More importantly, lifetime value of each customer is 6 to 10 times the initial booking.
