Training Development Specialist

Requirements:

2 years of experience on the job or in an operation management position with a digital advertising and marketing company.

Duties:
  • Develop and organize training manuals, technical training courses, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials for operation management and subordinated staff of digital marketing company.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with staff, focus groups, or consultation with managers, or customers.
  • Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs specifically made for operation management and subordinated staff of digital marketing company.
  • Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • Organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Select and use a variety of operation methods for digital marketing services, defining and sequencing instructional content and strategies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
  • Construct assessment items appropriate to the associated communication objectives.
  • Develop alternative operation management training methods for digital marketing services if expected improvements are not seen.
  • Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, books, or magazine articles.
  • Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status.
  • Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
  • Perform scheduling, coordination, execution and tracking of training hours.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables and production process.
