THE CHALLENGE

The preparation, training, and education on ARM & HAMMER™ and its products were essential to reinforce the distributor's brand's representatives in their countries. They understood the Dealer Portal as a communication tool between the agency, client, and dealer. That is why we saw the opportunity to achieve these multiple objectives in a single deployment.


SOLUTION

At Asylum Marketing, the agency of record for Church & Dwight Latin America, we developed: THE POWER ADVENTURE, an exclusive competition for ARM & HAMMER™ distributors in 13 countries in the Caribbean and South America.

On behalf of their countries, the distributors had to advance through a 4-stage journey where tools delivered and distributors trained. Later they were accompanied in implementing the strategy to supply digital, in-store, and out-of-home assets. Once the context mastered, they proceeded to emulate success stories that led them to a final phase where the actions faced with results in their markets were evaluated and compiled.
